"There was no hanging space other than a coat stand at the front door. Second bedroom was small if two couples were sharing. No power point for the the hair dryer in the bathroom and the cord was too short to properly use the power point outside the door as an alternative."

"The apartment is beautiful, so bright and spacious and the location is fantastic, only metres away from the tapestry and very near to the cathedral and town, shops and restaurants."

"Unfortunately the day before our arrival we received a message from the host saying: 🤐 Please DO NOT mention that you are BOOKING tenants. If someone asks, you are just friends staying at our place. This put a very sour taste in our mouths as we paid very good money officially through this website to stay there and enjoy our holiday and this message, which was also contained in the "welcome instuctions", made us feel very badly. A neighbour did ask us who we were and it put us in a very awkward position. Also, the second day of our stay I received a text message from the host saying that the neighbours had texted her to say that we were being very noisy. Again, there was an instruction in the "welcome instructions" to take off your shoes and respect the neighbours, which we did, but as soon as we would enter the apartment in the evenings (after being out all day visiting the countryside and then back out again for dinner in Bayeux), the neighbours below would bang up at us. This was horrendous and very aggressive and made us feel on edge on our very special holiday, especially as we went past that apartment going up and down the stairs each time. This did stop after I told all of this to the host but it was too late at that stage as it had already dampened the atmosphere of our stay in that apartment. The main bedroom had no storage (shelves or wardrobes) which was very awkward as we stayed 6 nights. The bathroom is very tight and not enough space to hang towels and other items for 4 people."
